Ordering

You must be 18 or older to order. By checking out you confirm you are an adult. Prices are in euro and include 21% VAT for orders within the EU. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Product information

We make every effort to describe our products accurately and show realistic images. If you receive a product that does not match the description, contact us within 14 days.

Liability

KinkiLube is sold as a personal care product. Patch-test before use. We are not liable for any reaction caused by misuse or pre-existing sensitivities. Consult a healthcare provider if you experience irritation.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will first be addressed by mutual conversation, and if unresolved, brought to the competent court in the Netherlands. EU consumers can also use the online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
