Open the cap on your KinkiLube pouch, add water until the upper blue line, shake hard for 1-2 minutes, then let it thicken for about 10 minutes. The powder turns into a smooth, water-based gel ready to use.

Fill the KinkiLube pouch with water up to the upper blue line on the front. That gives you the right ratio. More water means a thinner gel, less water means a thicker one. Adjust to your taste.

Dry pouches stay fresh for 3+ years. Once you have added water and mixed it up, you can use the gel for 1-2 weeks. Keep it in the pouch with the cap closed between sessions.

Yes. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive it within 2 business days, email us.

Yes. Unopened pouches in their original condition can be returned within 14 days under the EU right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for details.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pouches cannot be returned. If your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us and we will sort it out.

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we refund the original payment within 14 days to your original payment method.
