Where we ship
We ship across the European Union and the United Kingdom. For destinations outside the EU/UK, please email info@kinkilube.com for a custom quote.
Shipping times
- Netherlands: 1-3 business days
- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: 2-4 business days
- Rest of EU: 3-7 business days
- United Kingdom: 4-8 business days (may include customs delays)
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed later or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Shipping costs
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. The shipping label uses a neutral, non-related company name. The word KinkiLube does not appear anywhere on the outside of the box. Only you know what is inside.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link. If you do not receive tracking info within 2 business days of ordering, email us.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours and your local pickup point first. If it is genuinely lost or arrived damaged, email us with your order number within 14 days and we will resolve it quickly.
