Refund Policy
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it, no reason required. This applies to all unopened pouches in their original condition.
What can be returned
- Unopened, unused pouches in their original packaging.
- Items returned within 14 days of receipt.
What cannot be returned
- Opened pouches, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Items damaged due to misuse.
How to return
Email info@kinkilube.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we refund the original payment within 14 days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping) at no cost to you.
